Holiday Inn Express & Suites Cocoa by IHG

Stayed one night before our Disney cruise. Comfortable rooms and good breakfast, friendly staff. I was able to send a few items from Amazon to the hotel ahead of time. Items were ready for my pickup the day of check in. Highly recommend.

Danielle was absolutely wonderful and truly saved our night. We arrived last minute after an unexpected issue with our Airbnb, and she could not have been more helpful, kind, and accommodating during check-in. She made a stressful situation feel easy and welcoming, and her professionalism and warmth really stood out. Huge thanks to Danielle for going above and beyond — she’s a great asset to the Holiday Inn team.

We arrived in town around 2:30-3:00am with five kids and after the first hotel being disgusting about 10-15 minutes down the road. We called and spoke to Danielle over the phone and she said she had some people leave and had a room available that would just fit all of us and she was absolutely amazing! She made sure we were very well taken care of and I thank her for that. The hotel was clean and comfortable as well and we were very happy with our short stay there. We will be returning for our next cruise and will most definitely be staying here.

My stay here has been amazing. Connor, at the front desk, was super friendly and very efficient and kind! He also helped us in our room because our shower door was stuck shut and we could not open it. The breakfast lady was so sweet and helpful and very kind to a homeless Man who came in to eat breakfast. He was in a wheelchair and she helped him get his food. Very impressed with the hotel and staff!.

This was my first time staying at Holiday Inn Express & Suites, and it exceeded my expectations thanks to the exceptional service from the staff. Nathan at the front desk provided a warm welcome and was professional, attentive, and extremely helpful from the moment I arrived. He truly set the tone for a great stay. During breakfast, Linda and Claudia delivered outstanding service. They were friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was well taken care of, creating a pleasant and welcoming atmosphere. A special mention to Emmanuel, the cook, for the delicious breakfast. Everything was fresh, well prepared, and clearly made with care. Overall, the level of service was first-class. This team made my stay comfortable and memorable, and I would absolutely recommend this hotel. I look forward to staying here again.

They are in the process of renovating/renewing the hotel. We were extremely happy with the service and amenities. Breakfast was great. The personnel were friendly. It was central to all the places we wanted/needed to be for a long weekend trip. Would stay here again! Nathan was extremely helpful will us.

The hotel is in the middle of a remodel. The pool and lobby areas are fantastic! The other amenities are being worked on. The employees were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was great! Our rooms were very nice and I love all the updates. We would definitely stay here again next time we are in the area.

The hotel is a great value! Clean. Quiet and the staff is amazing. I believe Connor was the name of the receptionist and he was very informative and helpful. The free breakfast was great as well. We stayed here for one night because we had a cruise departing from Port Canaveral. I booked this hotel particularly because of the cruise parking deal and boy did it help. I paid $30 and was able to leave our car parked for 6 nights after our hotel stay. That was a great value in my opinion.
